During this episode of Nonprofit Spotlight, Stephanie Engs talks with Laura Pendleton-Miller founder and Board President of Blue Lotus Artists' Collective (BLAC). A nonprofit gallery space dedicated to supporting and uplifting Black Artists. The gallery was founded in 2022 after several meetings of Tucson artists and arts advocates to ascertain how to promote Black Artists who are often underrepresented in museum and gallery settings. They also discuss the origin of the name Blue Lotus Artists Collective and upcoming exhibitions.
